Who is ShiftDeck for?

ShiftDeck is built for small hospitality teams – independent cafés, takeaway shops, and small restaurant groups that need clear rota management without enterprise complexity.

How much does it cost right now?

During heavy development, it’s a flat £5 per month, per location, which includes up to 15 staff per location, shift email notifications, and access to the ShiftDeck Kiosk for clock in/out.

Will my price increase later?

As we add more features, public pricing will go up – but early customers keep their lower founding rate for that location, as long as the subscription stays active.

Do I need to enter card details to try it?

You can join the early access list without a card. When we’re ready to onboard your location, we’ll walk through the setup and pricing before you pay anything.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long‑term contracts. If ShiftDeck doesn’t fit your team, you can cancel before the next month’s billing.

Does ShiftDeck handle payroll or HR?

Not right now. We’re focused on one job: scheduling shifts, filling gaps quickly, and giving staff a clear rota. Payroll and HR integrations may come later.

What do I need to run the ShiftDeck Kiosk?

Any modern tablet or laptop with a browser and internet connection works. Log into the kiosk view, mount the device somewhere staff can easily clock in and out, and you’re ready to go.
